Week 4 – TikTok Shop Adventure π
This week, I fell into the TikTok Shop rabbit hole π. I watched a live seller demonstrate a beauty product, and I almost bought it just because of how natural it felt. It wasn’t a polished ad — it was raw, interactive, and real-time. But I also noticed comments flying by, and sellers sometimes ignored questions. That made me realize: engagement is powerful, but ignoring the audience kills trust.
π Lesson: Social commerce = “talk WITH people,” not “talk AT people.”
