Week 7 – Real Life Observation☕️

Image
During a visit to a bookstore café, I noticed customers using a self-ordering kiosk instead of a cashier. It made me think about how businesses blend physical and digital strategies. Observing how people interacted with the machine gave me insights into user experience. It showed me that even small shops rely on digital tools to improve efficiency. Learned: Digital transformation is everywhere. Application: Could apply to our projects for faster customer service. Feeling: Inspired to look for more real-life examples.

Week 6 – First Taste of Email Marketing📧

Image
This week I explored email marketing. I used to think email was outdated, but I discovered it is still a powerful tool. Subject lines and layout design turned out to be very important for open rates. Writing short persuasive sentences was not easy for me, but it made me think like a copywriter. Learned: Email is not dead, but alive with strategy. Challenge: Writing persuasively in very few words. Feeling: Motivated to polish my communication skills

Week 5 – Learning Goes Digital 📚💻

Image
This week I experimented with Google Docs and Quizlet for group learning. ✨ I found it interesting how Docs made teamwork smoother, just like how businesses use cloud platforms for real-time collaboration. Quizlet was new to me — the flashcards and spaced repetition made memorizing terms easier, and I realized it works a bit like digital marketing algorithms that recommend content. The challenge was staying focused online, but it also taught me that the right tools can turn learning into something efficient and engaging. 📚 I believe these platforms reflect how digital strategies shape not only business but also education

Week 4 – TikTok Shop Adventure 🛒

Image
This week, I fell into the TikTok Shop rabbit hole 🙈. I watched a live seller demonstrate a beauty product, and I almost bought it just because of how natural it felt. It wasn’t a polished ad — it was raw, interactive, and real-time. But I also noticed comments flying by, and sellers sometimes ignored questions. That made me realize: engagement is powerful, but ignoring the audience kills trust . 👉 Lesson: Social commerce = “talk WITH people,” not “talk AT people.”

Week 3 – Instagram Deep Dive📱💃

Image
This week, Instagram surprised me again. I came across a dance studio’s Reels — short clips of students practicing, with upbeat music and quick edits. It wasn’t polished like a commercial, but it felt alive and authentic. Then, I noticed something similar in my own class: our lecturer uploaded a short teaching clip 🎥. Both examples reminded me that people connect more with movement and energy than with static posts . It made me realize that Reels are not just “entertainment,” they are a smart way for businesses (or even teachers!) to grab attention and build community. A dance studio can attract new students, while a lecturer can make learning feel more interactive. The common thread? Video content shows real moments that photos cannot capture.

Week 2 – Playing with Canva🎨

Image
This week was about design. At first, my poster looked like a birthday invitation 🎉 instead of a brand ad — too many fonts, too many colors. I laughed at myself, but then I learned the real value of consistency . One font + two colors = suddenly “professional.” I also noticed how Canva templates almost push you to think like a marketer, not just a designer. 👉 Challenge: Resisting the temptation to “decorate” everything.

Week 1 – First Step into Digital Strategy 🚀

Image
My journey into digital business started with a surprising realization: it’s not just about selling things online, it’s about designing an entire experience . When I scanned a QR code menu at a coffee shop, I noticed how smooth the process was — no waiting for staff, no paper menus, just instant access. But then I saw someone struggling because the WiFi was weak. That moment taught me that digital convenience only works when infrastructure supports it .
