Week 7 – Real Life Observation☕️
During a visit to a bookstore café, I noticed customers using a self-ordering kiosk instead of a cashier. It made me think about how businesses blend physical and digital strategies. Observing how people interacted with the machine gave me insights into user experience. It showed me that even small shops rely on digital tools to improve efficiency. Learned: Digital transformation is everywhere. Application: Could apply to our projects for faster customer service. Feeling: Inspired to look for more real-life examples.
